Job Summary: Provides application support to PSSI system users, triages trouble calls, provides problem-resolution and customer response. Participates in assigned conversions and installations; and; communicates changes, updates, and computer system procedures to all departments; organizes and delivers approved computer training programs for the organization.

Education: Associate degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent training/experience with training in computer system support.

Experience/Knowledge: One year in medical practice or other related ambulatory healthcare setting, 1 year of customer service, communications or related experience, particularly in the area of medical computer problem-resolution.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, planning and organization, problem analysis/resolution skills, attention to detail and follow-through required.
