Strategic Planning defines what the brand story is, Engagement Planning defines how a brand behaves across different channels, how the story is told planning not only for the people that can be reached but for the people they reach. This Engagement position is a combination of communication strategist and creative thinker.

        Planner Qualifications: · At least 10 years of account planning or communications planning experience across integrated media, with emphasis on digital environments. · Well rounded and a passionate consumer of pop culture, also great presenter and storyteller · An advertising and media enthusiast. · Comfortable in a state of constant creative chaos, contributes to the evolution of our agency · Direct report: Managing Director
        Engagement Planning Responsibilities: · Lead ideation and implementation of holistic communications planning strategies across mediums that bring the big idea to life, with a strong competency in digital and social media behavior, consumer need states · Take high-level creative concepts and contribute to build a communications platform and engagement approach/ plan · Define the role of different channels/ media/ technology within an idea. · Provide perspective on media and channel strategy in the absence of media plans or buys. · Build excellent relationships with media partners and agency partners, if applicable. · Familiar with widely used and emerging media technology, channels and terminology. · Read and think broadly about the topics of media, content, entertainment.

        Specific Engagement Planning tasks include: · Develop Lapiz engagement model/ approach
        · Leverage existing research and studies to identify opportunities for our clients
        · Keep agency up to speed in new ways of engaging consumers: competitive reviews, identifying trends, clichés and insights.
        · Participate in Idea Sessions for clients and new business.
