Drive compliance to food safety, quality and customer expectations across global facilities by monitoring and enhancing systems as an operating platform

Coordinate food safety, sanitation and quality audit and follow-up processes; work with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement robust solutions

Provide technical oversight to selected facilities as part of field group function

Drive SQF compliance as a platform for company food safety and quality systems by working with Enterprise Quality as well as plant Quality and leadership staff

Monitor facility and home office programs for appropriate and consistent content, documentation and execution

Standardize requirements, documentation (SQF, Quality Systems Procedures, linkage with other corporate documents) and execution of plant and home office processes

Monitor document content and control processes

Assess sustainability efforts through audit, evaluation and reporting appropriate metrics

Provide leadership to elevate internal audit process through SQF coordinators and QA leadership

Coordinate and conduct sanitation and other process audits in conjunction with Enterprise Quality resources and auditing criteria

Provide support to Enterprise Quality Field Food Safety and Sanitation Managers through coordinating and/or assisting with selected requirements, initiatives or situations

Coordinate/support specified customer initiatives in conjunction with Enterprise Quality Field Services and Quality Systems groups, Sales, Operations, and other functions as appropriate

Coordinate, innovate and provide training in conjunction with Operations, Technologies, and other groups

Coordinate, innovate and provide Enterprise Quality on boarding training process for Ops and Technologies teams

Provide Field group oversight to selected regional facilities

Travel: 25% (to other plants)

Reports to: Field Quality Program Director

BS - Food Science or related field

10 years experience in a food manufacturing environment to include proficient auditing skills in food manufacturing

Must have fluid milk experience

Mid-level understanding of microbiology and food science; GFSI (SQF) and dairy PMO experience

Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
