KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides management of our safety reporting platform and serves as the conduit between the safety division and operating divisions on safety promotion and communication
- Coordinates safety promotion initiatives, campaigns, and articles at a corporate level
- Coordinate SMS training plan with operating divisions and key stakeholders
- Maintain safety division and safety reporting websites for timely and comprehensive information sharing and efficient ease with reporting safety hazards
- Coordinate safety reporting business needs with internal division stakeholders
- Develop and manage safety reporting policy, procedure, and standards for ease of use and efficiency with users
- Oversee WBAT user execution to ensure conformance with standards
- Develop process for WBAT change releases to include testing, procedure development, training, and fit with existing procedures
- Assist with internal WBAT user support requests
- Assist Manager Safety Risk Management with analysis
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICAIONS
- Four year BS or BA degree preferred
- Minimum of three years related experience - Aviation, Aviation Safety, or Airline Operations experience required
- One year of management experience required, three years preferred
- Previous experience using WBAT safety reporting system preferred
- Web-based communication experience preferred
- Previous experience in data, statistical and risk analysis preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Able to balance competing demands with producing quality results in a fast paced environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
