Inside Sales Associate: Consult with small to mid-sized companies on their business needs, probe to uncover new opportunities, and present solutions to further their business goals. Acquire new business accounts, nurture relationships, and develop customer loyalty. Represent Fortune 500 financial services, consumer products, and telecommunications companies, and grow their market share.

Consumer Products Account Manager: Consult with Fortune 500 consumer product companies to increase sales, market share, distribution, and consumer promotions. Apply successful sales models to contact multiple decision makers and influencers within retail and wholesale accounts. Effectively probe to understand account needs, uncover new opportunities, analyze data to determine distribution voids and trends, develop presentations and make recommendations for promotions. May require travel for client meetings or customer presentations.

Healthcare Account Representative: Represent Fortune 500 healthcare companies to increase sales, market share, market presence and share of voice. Represent product portfolios in one or more of the following categories: medical products and devices, pharmaceuticals, and medical/capital equipment. Apply successful inside sales models to contact multiple decision makers and influencers within accounts, such as hospitals, clinics, and physicians’ offices. Probe to understand needs, uncover new opportunities, and present solutions that will further their goals or meet patient needs. Nurture relationships through acquiring new accounts and retaining current accounts while developing customer loyalty. Show passion for the healthcare industry by effectively communicating features and benefits of medical products and services. Work in a team environment while sharing best practices to meet business objectives.

Retention Specialist: Call existing wireless business customers whose contract is nearing expiration. Use a conversational sales presentation to uncover needs and offer solutions to each business customer as a means of renewing their wireless contract and retaining their account. Upgrade current wireless devices and probe to find opportunities for adding on new devices or services. Top performing Wireless Retention Specialists operate well in a fast-paced, fun and rewarding environment, have an ability to follow a call flow/presentation which has proven successful with all top performers, comfortably navigate between several computer screens while engaging in phone conversations with their customers, and strive to be #1 on their sales team, consistently seeking to career path up through the telecommunications business unit to achieve even greater bonus potential on more complex sales teams.

Inbound Sales Professional (evenings & weekends): Successfully and passionately sell a leading financial institution’s small business products to prospects and existing customers. Build rapport with inbound callers, probe to understand the callers’ business needs, and recommend and position the right product based on those needs. Maintain well developed presenting, selling and closing skills including the ability to add value while presenting a product. Overcome objections and think quickly to identify opportunities, present solutions and solve problems. Utilize flexibility to move between call types and conversationally engage customers at varied levels of satisfaction with their current relationship.

Spanish-Bilingual Inside Sales Associate: Make sales calls daily for Fortune 500 clients to qualify new business prospects or generate leads. Maintain knowledge of product offers and pricing to maximize selling opportunities while accurately maintaining the required client documentation. Assess client needs and present proactive solutions. Participate in team sales training and individual coaching sessions. Speak in both English and Spanish depending upon the business to which you are calling.

French-Bilingual Customer Care: Respond to calls, faxes & emails to place orders, process returns, issue credit, provide order status, or fulfill a variety of other customer care functions. Handle calls in a fast and consistent fashion while maintaining high quality standards. Listen to and investigate consumer concerns and determine a solution. Speak in both English and French depending upon the business that is calling.

Here’s what you need to get the job done:

Education: High school education or GED required

Experience: Minimum six months customer service, sales or business experience required. One year of full time secondary education from an accredited school, in pursuit of a degree, may be substituted for required experience for sales positions.
