We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing administrator with a positive can do attitude, very customer service oriented, with excellent administrative skills and a good eye for detail. You will need to have good Word and Excel, along with data entry skills, CRM would be advantageous and an unflappable nature. Excellent verbal and written Portuguese, Spanish and English communication skills and professionalism are essential.

The duties and responsibilities include:

  • Front line reception, customer service and handling all inbound calls
  • CRM database management
  • General administrative skills including maintaining office supplies
  • Develop & implement market and market campaigns
  • Coordinate Trade Shows
  • Provide lead generation reports
  • Maintain & manage marketing consumable & collateral stock
  • Lead translation of published materials for Portuguese and Spanish speaking markets
  • Coordinate and implement regional edm and digital marketing initiatives
  • Assist in new product launches and customer engagement presentations
  • Track & Manage regional events
  • Prepare marketing budgets & plans
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Assist the sales team in sales lead pipeline management
