Pyramid Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Sales & Marketing Admin to assist the Financial Services Manager with development and successful execution of marketing the companies banking & financial programs to meet organizational objectives. Programs may include, but are not limited to direct mail, trade shows, special events, sponsorships and speaking engagements. Assist with the execution of banking & financial marketing programs that maximize revenue generation and market positions; track responses, assists in identifying target clients/market segments for marketing efforts; updating social media; conducting related field research, lead generation, CRM system administration and participates in development and implementation of banking & financial marketing strategies. Responsible mining banking/finance leads.
This position will be PRN (on call as needed)
- Ideal candidates will possess, or currently enrolled in a program to complete, a Bachelors Degree in Finance Banking/Marketing or related business field.
- Prior experience in Banking/Finance/Mortgage Sales and/or department administration within the banking/finance industry or related field preferred, but not required
- Strong organization and facilitation skills a must
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Must practice effective time management skills and be able to make strong independent decisions that maintain Pyramid Healthcare Solutions quality reputation
- Advanced personal computing skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge/experience with MS PowerPoint
- Experience with Sales Force preferred
- Working knowledge of various business information databases a plus
- Must possess professional telephone and e-mail etiquette in addition to personal interactions
- Previous experience with lead generation a plus.
