SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the following: generating, compiling, auditing, and manipulating sales analysis reports; projecting sales and program payouts; preparing and/or presenting business reviews; communicating with distributors, brokers, regional, zone, and divisional managers regarding programs, payouts and projections; generating and auditing customer sales histories; assisting sales managers with account sales reports; calculating rebate information and submitting check requests; auditing paperwork processed by the same system; maintaining files, any other duties as assigned.
Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, office equipment and business practices. Knowledge is normally acquired by four years of high school, a vocational school or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years of office experience. 1+ year of Tyson office systems preferred. Computer Skills: 10 Key, Typing, Microsoft Outlook, strong Excel, Access, and Word. Tyson Computer Skills: Knowledge of SEM, SAP, and SIM helpful. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong phone skills. Position-Specific Requirements THIS POSITION IS AN ENTRY LEVEL CLERICAL POSITION.
