EdgeCast is seeking a flexible, self-motivated marketing professional to help coordinate internal sales and marketing activities and provide organizational and administrative support to the sales and marketing teams. We're looking for someone awesome who will:
  • Assist with the company's customer-focused marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the development of new business proposals
  • Help select, set up, create, and manage a sales & marketing document repository (PowerPoint presentations, sales brochures, logos, images, etc.)
  • Organize customer appreciation activities (e.g. gifts, dinners, etc.)
  • 2-4 years experience in sales and/or marketing support
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a big plus
  • Experience with SalesForce a big plus
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and services
  • Experience with document management or document repository tools/services is a plus
  • The ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment, where duties and responsibilities often change
  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects with the ability to effectively prioritize
