BAE Systems Ordnance Systems Inc. is seeking a representative to join a successful team to market and sell energetic materials (explosives and related products/services) to Department of Defense and related customers worldwide.
The ideal candidate will major on attention to detail, have a solid background in marketing or related business subject, enjoy meeting new people, have a demonstrated track-record of working in a team environment and have the communication skills to identify and develop customer relationships and business opportunities.
Plan, execute and manage sales, marketing, and development activities for BAE Systems at the U.S. Armys Holston Army Ammunition Plant.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
Maintenance of sales database and related administrative activities including the capture all relevant information from customers (product, customization, schedule, etc.) and accurate entry into the MRP software.
Ensure timely, complete communication with all functions to ensure smooth processing of inquiries and orders.
Establish and maintain contact with U.S. Government, prime contractors, and subcontractor personnel.
Plan, prepare, submit and manage assigned bids and proposals through the quote and order approval systems.
Act as liaison between government/commercial customers and OSI at trade shows, conferences and customer visits.
Management of Customer Feedback (surveys, questionnaires, and related feedback).
High School Diploma Required Experience:
5+ years with a HS Diploma, including background in sales Required Skills:
