Full Time - The Sales Account Manager is a full time position working in our Princeton, NJ location. This individual is responsible for the sale, client communication, and marketing of specified accounts. This is an exciting opportunity with great growth potential.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop an expert knowledge of client’s product line

Secure new business, retain and expand current business

Handle sales leads and prospects for new business

Communicate with Client Marketing Manager on all account aspects

Must meet achievement of monthly revenue metrics

Consistent achievement of monthly sales goal

Must be available for multiple meetings outside of the office on a monthly basis to sell the clients’ data

Must be available to attend trade shows out of town

Perform other duties as assigned


BA/BS degree

Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing/sales - preferably in the field of direct marketing

List management/brokerage experience a plus

Knowledge of general industry procedures, practices, and terminology

Strong sales and customer service experience with an entrepreneurial spirit

Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail

Skill in researching and reviewing statistical data

Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience with public speaking

Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests

Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities

Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to use computer software programs including Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes

Skill in the use of office equipment including, computer, fax, printer, telephone system, etc.
