Sales Administrative Assistant
Basic Function and Responsibility:
Work with and support Business Development & Sales team
to help ensure departmental success.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate requests for returns due to damages, order errors, recalls and
out of dates.
Monitor and follow-up of customers on credit hold.
Coordinate with Regulatory and Sales on recalls.
Active member of returns taskforce.
Maintain sales orders for manual and auto allocations.
Data Entry of all manual orders (faxed/emailed).
Maintain & Coordinate Office supply orders within Sales Operations department.
Coordinate any sales order changes with Customer Service and/or Sales Team.
Serve as a back-up to Receptionist desk when required.
Coordinate with Sales Dept. on Recalls.
Work with Shipping Dept. on getting orders out in timely manner.
Administer Back Order Report daily.
Report Daily Numbers (Burt G. & Ron G).
Ability to back-up other positions within the Sales Ops department.
Assist in special projects as assigned.

Two-Four years of related experience in Sales & Marketing environment
is required - preferably in pharmaceutical environment.
Familiar with a variety of the sales and marketing concepts,
practices, and procedures.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and
strong attention to detail.
Must be capable of problem solving, prioritizing with little direct
supervision, and computer literate.
An Associates degree in business or a related area preferred. May accept
additional related work experience in lieu of degree.
