Assists the Sales Managers in providing outstanding friendly, professional information and assistance to conference guests. Aids the Sales Managers with the preparation of correspondence, reports, and banquet event orders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum two years office experience
Familiar with dictation automation and dictation process
Proficient in Microsoft Word or Wordperfect
Knowledge of hotel sales and conference management automation
Excellent communication, organization, and guest relations skills
Typing speed forty-five WPM+
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
