This entry level position provides key support to the Division Sales Team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Administrator is to manage the promotional payment and deduction process. The position reports to the Division Business Development Manager and is a developmental position with potential to advance to progressive roles within the Unilever Customer Development organization.
Primary responsibility is to focus on helping the Sales Analyst team manage the promotional payment process and assist in clearing open deduction claims.
Identifying process improvement opportunities and outlining new process recommendations.
Provide reporting and analysis to the Business Managers and Sales Analysts
Assist in other various support functions as necessary (Customer Electronic Contracts, New Item forms, system maintenance)
B.S. Degree. Business, Marketing, Finance or related area preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills, Multi-tasking.
Excellent verbal communication.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, identify where and how to get needed answers and prioritize tasks in order to achieve all assigned projects.
