Position Overview – Inside Sales Agent
Highly dynamic, uniquely positioned technology services firm is seeking professional sales people with a history of outstanding performance to join our Sales Agent Program.
The Inside Sales Agent will develop leads and generate opportunities for high end technology packages with a large commission percentage. There is great potential to generate a terrific revenue stream.
As an Inside Sales Agent you will sell semi-complex IT solutions geared towards the trends of outsourced IT solutions and cloud computing.
As a sales agent your primary responsibilities will be to research prospects, call prospects, and provide status updates of prospective clients, coordinating milestones, and reporting on sales activity.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong prospecting skills to identify, qualify and set appointments.
We are passionate and enthusiastic about sales and wish to find sales associates who understand how to demonstrate and sell value to our clients.
Required Skills /Experience /Abilities:
Must have at least 3-5 years successful sales experience
Sales experience must demonstrate ability to exceed sales targets
Ability to interact with senior level corporate management
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, be aggressive, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
Ability to prospect, creates lists, and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth
Exceptional overall communication skills
Ability to understand and clearly articulate the company’s offerings
Have a strong understanding of the different steps involved in a sales cycle and how to leverage each stage in the sales cycle to advance the sale
Ability to reach the decision makers of an organization
Formal understanding of Solution /Consultative Selling
Strong relationship building skills
This role will identify new business and/or develop existing accounts for a leading IT consulting firm
Generate new business via prospecting telephone calls, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, etc.
Set face to face meetings with “C” level executives within our target marketplace
Develop and deliver exceptional customer presentations
Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
Develop a thorough understanding of the our service and product offerings
