Responsible for the utilization of established measures, guidelines and reporting structures to provide actionable information on team results versus plan.
Develop analytical approaches that support team needs and that integrate with Company systems.
Create ad hoc measures and report formats as required/requested to support analysis.
Provides data and analytical support for presentations and business reviews.
Attend sales calls managers on an as needed basis.
Maintain retail databases
Works with Marketing for new item distribution proposals and programs by supporting expenditure with volume, profit and payout analysis.
Accountable for being team’s expert on operating group’s trade management system, including supplemental field sales training when necessary.
A minimum BA/BS degree in Business plus a minimum of 1+ years business analysis
Must have working knowledge of business concepts related to direct sales, marketing, promotions and an understanding of category management.
Requires strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
Must be able to adapt skills to a wide variety of changing analytical situations
Must be able to coordinate and prioritize high work volume and pressing time requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
