DESCRIPTION

Position Summary/Key Objectives:
  • Primarily support the AM3 Property Relationship Coordinators (PRC) and call center with sales, customer assistance, data entry and various office tasks.
  • Assist and support in the efforts to increase our retail property penetrations and meet our DTV obligations
  • Contribute to increasing our monthly DTV sub count & RGU penetration goals
  • Assist with AM3 sponsored events on an as needed basis to establish/increase customer satisfaction among all of our properties
DUTIES

Responsible for:
  • Representing Access Media 3 in a professional & respectful manner
  • Selling DTV, Internet and Voice Services
  • Answering customer questions and scheduling tech calls as needed
  • Performing data entry of customer orders and notes
  • Up-selling AM3 products & services to residents who live at specified properties
  • Establishing a rapport with property managers & residents to develop increased trust and credibility in our services
  • Possibly working at or assisting with any AM3 sponsored event, tabling event and help desk event
  • Preparing reports as needed for call center, PRC's and/or management
  • Light filing and other support duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
  • Basic Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task as day to day activity varies
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment
This position pays $10/hour, is part-time, working 10-15 hours/week during the school year, and can possibly be more hours per week during spring/summer/holiday breaks. The Sales Assistant is an integral part of our Customer Relationship Management Team.
