Sales Assistant

Architectural Digest

Condé Nast seeks a Sales Assistant for a full-time staff position.


The Sales Assistant will be
responsible for supporting the Southeast Director in the integrated sales
process for Architectural Digest, as well as all tablet

editions. Responsibilities include:
RFP's (request for proposals), insertion orders, issue mailings, editorial
credits, and daily client communication Working
with our production team and clients to secure advertising assets by production
deadlines Preparation
for client meetings and presentations Coordinating
client entertainment Preparing
e-mail blasts and mailings to clients promoting upcoming advertising
opportunities, sweepstakes and promotions Learning
the integrated ad sales process General
administrative support such as: phone coverage, filing, expenses, ordering office supplies, calendar &
contact database management, travel arranging

for marketing and advertising sales A
bachelor's degree and relevant work experience, as well as excellent verbal and
written communication skills Computer
savvy Candidate
should be personable, organized, resourceful, detail-oriented and be able to
multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required A
strong interest in interior design and architecture is a major plus
