Private Wealth Management (PWM) manages the private wealth of high-net-worth individuals, their families and select institutions worldwide. It is part of Deutsche Bank’s new Asset & Wealth Management business.

As a Sales Assistant within PWM, you will work directly with a Client Advisor to service the brokerage accounts of middle market, institutional and high net worth clients.
Main scope of responsibilities will be to provide research and execution services for offshore middle market and institutional clients. Mainly COD /DVP accounts and reconciling settlement issues.
In addition, you will be responsible for new account administration, daily review of activity on all accounts, the filing and documentation maintenance and creation of pitch books, presentations and records. You will also handle phone coverage on the team and be able to interact professionally with clients to address client daily requests such as; trading, trade reconciliation, wires, checks and journals. Assist with marketing and prospecting new clients. General administrative support to include: setting up roadshow calendar scheduling with clients, one on one client meetings, arranging client travel to roadshows and analyst meetings and ad hoc projects as necessary. Knowledge of Institutional experience is a must. European and other international financial markets a plus
A Bachelors degree and prior work as a Sales Assistant are required. Series 7 and 66, or Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses are required. Must possess knowledge of the various types of financial products. Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and work independently in a fast paced environment while managing your time to meet deadlines without direction is a plus. You must demonstrate superior client service skills and be a detail-oriented team player with the flexibility and willingness to take on others' responsibilities and work when necessary.
