Sales Coordinator The Sales Coordinator plays a key role within our sales department.
This position is primarily responsible for complete administration of the sales order processes for the company. You must be very good at time management and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ability to identify problems, analyze information and develop conceptual solutions to complex challenges is essential. Position Responsibilities: • Fulfill RFQ ’s and RFP ’s submitted by field sales reps – issue detailed quotations and proposals.
Essential Knowledge and Skills: • Must have strong experience with PC based communications including internet, E-mail, MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint. • Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks to meet deadlines. Must have a keen eye to details. • Experience with CRM and quoting software a plus but not required.
- Communicate with Sales Managers regarding order and delivery status. • Maintain current and accurate customer files and information including CRM. • Act as liaison between customers, Sales Managers and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction. • Help to coordinate trade shows working with Marketing.
- BS/BA in Business Administration is desired. • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. • Light travel up to 10%. • Work closely with marketing for all company communications.
