Job Description:
The Sales Associate is primarily responsible for profiling and building out prospecting lists for the sales team to use in outbound prospecting, as well as assisting with the maintenance of prospect data in Intacct’s CRM system. The Sales Associate uses online search tools and services to identify contact and company information for target prospects

• Ongoing daily monitoring of online news sources to capture profile info for new target prospects
o Dealipedia, Crunchbase, Proformative
o LinkedIn groups representing competitor’s user communities: Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage
• Ongoing daily maintenance of CRM lead queues to move misassigned leads to correct owners
• Profiling of recurring lists – AlwaysOn Top 100, Inc. 5000 lists
• Reassign, merge and deduplicate 1100+ “duplicate” leads to put these back into the marketing/sales process
• Reclassify and assign old VAR leads to appropriate new owners
• Mine for new leads in target industries on an ongoing basis

• Current college coursework or completed 4-year degree
• Previous experience using is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Focused time management skills
• Ability to efficiently analyze and correctly update sales data
• Interest in future sales career
• Highly motivated to learn the ropes of cloud sales

• Part-Time, 24 hours per week
• Temporary, 3 months
