This position will consistently mine for new prospects. This includes, but is not limited to cold calling and canvassing for opportunities. Additionally, this position will facilitate the prospects progress through the sales process. The candidate will be responsible to:
Prospect for new leads for PICS
Telephone calls from the Sales line
Client and CSR referrals
Mining old Sales Force contacts through emails and telephone calls
Maintain contact with prospects through the sales process – manage the relationship, this includes dormant accounts – communicating with them and developing them into opportunities
Set online sales meetings and coordinate activities with the Sales Representative
Manage the client through the sales cycle
Learn PICS Organizer and when capable:
Perform product demos during WebEx meetings
Configure demos and coordinate efforts with the Sales Representative and Configuration team
Upsell current accounts both in terms of service offerings and locations
Input and track sales activities in SalesForce
Develop sales techniques and skills
The Sales Associate has no supervisory responsibilities.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs other duties as assigned.
May be required to attend training, meetings, or seminars.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience. Contractor management, safety or procurement experience preferred.
Self-motivated. Candidate should be eager to achieve results in lead generation which directly lead to closed sales by the Sales Representative.
Results-oriented. Candidate must recognize opportunities appropriately and follow through with leads to complete transfer to the Sales Representative.
Proven Quota Record. Consistently maintain sales production levels at or above the quota performance level.
Lead Generation. Candidate must be able to work with a Sales Representative to successfully close the leads generated by this position.
Customer Satisfaction. Candidate must understand and demonstrate PICS’ core values of integrity and good judgment as this position is directly responsible for Customer Satisfaction.
