Sustainability Roundtable Inc. (SR Inc) seeks highly motivated sales person in Greater Boston with 2-3 years experience selling to senior Fortune 1000 executives for a top national firm. The optimal candidate will have experience successfully selling for a leading corporate real estate firm such as CBRE or Jones Lang LaSalle or for membership based companies like the Corporate Executive Board or the Advisory Board Company.
Successful candidates will also have very strong professional references and a demonstrated commitment to excellence and teamwork. Candidates with a developed interest in more sustainable business as well as individuals with industry contacts are preferred, but not required.

The Sales Associate’s title will be “Director, Advisory Services” and she or he will serve as the junior sales partner to the Chairman & CEO of SR Inc pursuing strategic sales as part of a national sales team that is winning and serving executives within Fortune 1000 companies.
The sales associate will win, schedule and facilitate three meetings a week with leading Directors of Corporate Real Estate and Portfolio Managers, nationally, who are responsible for large owned real estate portfolios.
The position will enable the highly motivated successful candidate an opportunity to see many aspect of a rapidly growing, venture funded, mission-driven company that has introduced the advantages of shared-cost research and consulting to the burgeoning field of corporate sustainability.
Skills & Requirements
Compensation will be commission based, include a substantial base and health care benefits. Compensation at quota and with very positive qualitative reviews will exceed 100K in year one.
- Two to three years of successful sales experience is required.
- An enthusiasm for – and natural ability in – selling and helping to serve top real estate decision-makers in Fortune 1000 companies.
- The ability to meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly goals.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a national sales team.
- The ability to closely follow and record a detailed selling process in Company’s CRM database.
- Outstanding personal and professional references required.
