This position is at our Bloomington Sales Center located at 300 W 6th Street, Bloomington, IN 47404.
The SalesCenter Manager will be responsible for the achievement of specified branch and branch staff performance goals and will be held accountable for their on-going achievement.
The Sales Center Manager is responsible for leading and participating in all sales center efforts to meet the sales, service and operational goals of the Bank. The Sales Center Manager communicates and executes the Bank’s vision of exceeding clients’ expectations and satisfying their financial needs by building long-term relationships using a client-centered, value-added approach.
The Sales Center Manager will build high performing teams at generally smaller deposit sized sales centers that are consumer focused. The Sales Center Manager is ultimately accountable for all outreach, onsite and functional activities, conducted personally and by other associates at the Sales Center.
Relationship building and development of prospects outside office engaging with clients and associates (75%).
Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of sales center associates (25%).
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent management experience work experience strongly preferred.
3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-4 years of demonstrated leadership of coaching, management and/or mentoring in a retail banking environment.
3-4 years experience in exceeding business development goals in a sales environment.
3-4 years demonstrated prior success with Compass or other sales process.
