Assists clients to select and use the company's products and equipment that best meets their needs and maintains knowledge of the offered products
Maintains good knowledge of merchandise and prices in the shop.
Records accurate sales transactions.
Fills out all necessary forms in the shop.
Restocks shelves as necessary as well as keeping merchandise in a presentable manner to encourage customers to make purchases.
Maintains accurate data base for inventory and client information.
Reports any customer complaints to the manager.
Ability to perform simple mathematical problems and communicate effectively with customers.
Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written. Ability to perform multiple tasks. Ability to work independently without close supervision. Decision-making and creative skills.
Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
Adheres to organizational and department specific safety standards and guidelines
Possesses pleasing personality with good grooming
Experience in retail is an advantage but not necessary
Good communication skills, possess ability to convince customers and can do sales talk
Highly systematic and organized, with high level of confidence
Fast learner, detail oriented
