High School Diploma or GED
Position Overview
The Sales Clerk assists with day-to-day operation of the Gift Shop to assure meeting sales and service objectives to patients employees and general public in a professional and profitable manner. The Sales Clerk must be able to occasionally work under pressure and irregular hours. Must have impeccable honesty and integrity. Should be creative and must have the ability to deal with customers courteously and professionally and interface well with other workers. This employee is expected to participate in the process of creating a workplace environment in which honesty open communication impartiality and understanding foster the growth of creative problem solving quick and effective resolutions to conflicts a welcome introduction of ideas for improving systems and/or procedures and a sense of community with other SRHS employees that underlies “Where Caring is a Tradition”; and understand that the SRHS Corporate Compliance Program places the burden of proof upon the provider to show that there was no intent to commit fraud. Education
High school diploma or GED required. Experience
Retail sales knows functions of the cash register and adding machine. Reports To
Gift Shop Manager Physical Demands
Good physical and mental health required. Must be neat well organized and have good communication skills.
