Key Tasks & Responsibilities:|
Manage the monthly sales compensation process, including day-to-day administration of the Xactly Express sales compensation application.
Interface with the sales team as needed to address and resolve commission issues.
Support sales analysis efforts to provide key metrics (e.g., attainment, etc.) to the leadership team.
Continuously improve and automate current manual processes.
Skills & Attributes:
Hands-on sales compensation process and technology skills.
Good customer service skills, in order to effectively resolve commission issues as they arise.
Strong Excel user, familiar with pivot tables, vLookups, and arrays.
Ability to work cross-functionally and seek alignment from various departments, including Finance, Human Resources and Legal.
2 to 5 years in sales compensation, consulting or related role.
Familiarity with sales compensation systems such as Xactly or Callidus is highly desired, but not required.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com desirable, but not required.
BS or BA required; degree in finance, accounting, or similar field.
