Job Family Summary
Territory Management-Clin Device is responsible for increasing penetration and profitability in existing accounts as well as increasing market share through cold calling, prospecting, building relationships, post sales implementation and account maintenance. Focused on account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a territory. Involved in the sale of clinically differentiated solutions to include surgical instruments, equipment, products and/or disposables, and/or standalone software. Buying process involves physician preference and one or two decision makers. Sales cycle is typically up to 6 months and call point is Physician and Clinicians. Frequency of renewal varies.
Responsible for the sale of Procedural Solutions vascular offerings to include Infusion Specialty Disposables and ChloraPrep® Vascular business
Strategically manage customer product portfolio and pricing to obtain profitability and growth
Manage time and territory resources
Prepare sales reports including pipeline and funnel
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4 years related Healthcare sales experience
Candidate should have background knowledge in Infusion Pumps/Therapy and/or Catheter placements
Ability to travel less than 40% of time
Proven product knowledge in business area
Valid driver's license
