Duties & Responsibilities :|
Drive sales for all North Asia region for all North Asia countries and entities by establishing and maintaining relationships and networks at the client executive level and with key decision makers. Being able to build customer trust and relationships while moving an opportunity forward aggressively.
Sell the entire suite of workforce solutions to prospective clients. Focussing on Solution Sales for outsourcing, however not necessarily as a subject matter expert. Consult with internal and external stakeholders to advance the perception of the company toward workforce solutions providers
Consult, positively influence and impact the various company business units, linkage structure and support teams
Being able to to build, create and verbalize solutions.
Working in very close collaboration with the other members of the pursuit team (Kelly Centers of Execellence, Kelly Global Client Relations Team, TS Enterprise Solutions, Overseas Sales Support).
Self-generating at least 50% of generated opportunities
Be able to provide Thought Leadership. Represents North Asia in the external marketplace, at conferences, trade shows, etc. Presents information on our industry and workforce trends at conferences, trade shows, etc. where this person is the speaker. Writes white papers about workforce trends and workforce solutions. Conducts webinars about our industry both nationally and globally.
Mentors and trains other Sales Managers on the team.
Experience / Education:
University degree (preferably in Business) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum requirements include a university degree plus seven 7 - 10 years experience in the staffing, service or solution sales industry, in a sales role.
English is required, Chinese and Japanese are highly recommended.
Experience in services or solutions sales ideally MSP, RPO, BPO and related oursourcing solutions.
Network and social activities knowledge within the region/market and it is highly recommended to already belong to an active network organization.
Qualifications - Key Competencies:
Collaboration, self-motivation and mature business skills are key.
Being able to sell without a strong brand name behind.
Good understanding of the temporary staffing market and industry.
Feeling comfortable discussing and selling enterprise level solutions (for example to HR seniors about human capital).
Experience with Japanese and Chinese companies is a plus
Experience with Natural Resources, Pharma, Financial Services, IT and/or Telecom industries is a plus
