The Illinois Division of the PulteGroup, Inc. has an immediate need for a New Homes Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for the community level management of our model parks and general community presentation, conversion of leads/prospects to buyers while leveraging our CRM to manage your pipeline, generating referrals, and building strategic customer and realtor relationships to earn sales and maximize revenue for the organization.
Sell and close Pulte Homes.
Understand community homesites, and option program to ensure effective customer presentation.
Maintain first class presentation of model home(s) and community to ensure outstanding buyer experience.
Maintain intimate understanding of competitors and competitive environment (including resales).
Monitor and meet/exceed Customer Service goals.
Generate leads from customer referrals and core realtor partners.
Conduct interviews with all prospects to ensure full understanding of needs, present product and opportunities through model home/inventory home presentations, community tours, home site walks to determine best fit.
Prepare required paperwork for each home sale for prospective purchasers.
Assist in making prospective buyer appointments with design center, mortgage, key inspection and settlement departments when necessary.
Keep buyer updated throughout the construction process and remain actively involved in the sales process through closing
Communicate properly, to the appropriate departments, any customer requests for information or service
Previous experience selling New Home Construction and or Real Estate preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Appropriate License or certification as required by state may be required prior to selling
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Lead Management Program(s) like Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics...)
Ability to work weekends and holidays a must

Completion of the Sales Associate Learning and Certification Program
Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.
