The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationship between the customer and the sales representative and coordinating estimating, planning and order completion with internal departments, balancing cost, quality, timeliness and reliability.
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Business system software
Comprehensive estimating knowledge of complex corrugated and foam products
In–depth knowledge of pricing philosophy/system
Understanding of production requirements, processes and materials
Understanding of scheduling, BOMs, routings
Managing external and internal relationships
Strong analytical skills
Organizes and prioritizes appropriately
Prepares complex cost estimates for projects/orders.
Maintains relationship with customers and sales representatives to ensure high level of quality service
Maintain customer records, including contact and pricing information
Monitor and trouble–shoot order fulfillment
Resolve customer problems directly or by working with internal departments
Answer customer inquiries
Manage warehoused and stock customer product
Business/Technical degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing
Five years of customer service or experience in sales/marketing environment
One year of experience coordinating projects or pricing analysis
