The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our purpose of being our customers’ competitive advantage by learning and supporting all aspects of our business, products, sales cycle, and developing customer relationships. The Sales Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to undertake administration and other office duties that will enable the sales team to focus on sales and customer service. The Sales Coordinator is seen as a champion for the company culture and through all activities and actions promotes our culture, our 5 P’s and our purpose to be our customer’s competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
  • Process new sales leads
  • Help manage communication both internally and externally
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Review and analyze reports
  • Provide data for new and existing customers for WOE entry
  • Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives to keep account activities up to date
  • Learn and work in all areas of our business to gain a better understanding of our products and services
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service for existing customers by providing solutions, or providing information on products or services
  • Review reports of business transactions, sales reports, expense reports and promotional letters for assigned accounts
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and Technicians to keep account activities and literature up to date
  • Develop technical and supplier knowledge
  • Keep track of sales targets
  • Answer phone calls and process faxes
  • Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients

Required Experience
  • Minimum of two year degree or equivalent experience required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to travel (approximately 5%) for training and support of customer needs
