We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a positive attitude who is an independent self-starter and can work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities will be to:
Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating purchase orders for national accounts.
Coordinate responses to bids, requests for proposals, and requests for information with the divisions.
Handle customer calls and forward information to appropriate General Manager for resolution.
Review monthly sales activity reports for errors or inconsistencies.
Generate, review, and manage corporate monthly sales activity report and subsequent analysis reports.
Facilitate meetings and training sessions on and off-site.
Provide assistance to Sales Managers and General Managers on direct mail campaigns.
Develop PowerPoint presentations.
General administrative tasks: processing invoices for payment, word processing, spreadsheet development, etc.
Develop and create marketing campaigns, contest campaigns, and other sales and marketing tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High school diploma/GED
An Associates degree is preferred
Experience in sales, customer service or equivalent work preferred
