Sales Coordinator responsibilities include assisting the Director of Audiovisual Services and Sales Manager with all selling activity to clients of a specific Hotel as it relates to their audiovisual events. This includes obtaining definite bookings from hotel, creating professional bids and proposals, and attending client site visits. The Sales Coordinator will also provide operational support to the Director and Sales Manager and the rest of the staff. Candidates must have exceptional communication and customer service skills, working knowledge of AV equipment, good computer skills, polished appearance and embodiment of attributes of a consummate professional. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years Hotel Audio Visual experience.
