Handle incoming sales calls.Heavy data entry.Cold calling potential clients.Event party assistance and coordination.Create and revise client collateral. Attend area tradeshows, various association meetings and client functions.Additional projects as assigned.Assist Corporate, International and Hospitality Sales Managers with reports, memos, letters, contracts, databases, faxing, photocopying, slot signs, off-site printing and other daily office duties.Handle accounts for YMCAs, Day Cares, Boys/Girls Clubs, Boy/Girl Scouts and Jewish Community Centers.Assist clients with rate information and reservations.Place reservations and follow through with faxes, calls or mailings.Fill collateral requests.Prepare and mail collateral for tradeshows and blitzes.Perform FAM tours and fill-in at tradeshows as needed.Input POC information for group events.Back up POC Coordinator.Create flyers, newsletters and posters for events. Maintain all department forms.Maintain all consignment files.Perform event coordinator duties in park on weekends, including but not limited to: meeting and greeting clients, checking event set-ups, attending food services, handling group complaints, assist Front Gate group sales and maintaining open lines of communication with all park departments and preparing weekend recaps of events.Possible assist Marketing Department as requested to include guided tours for media and film crews, assistance with on- and off-site promotions and research for Public Relations needs.
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.Customer Service experience.Must own transportation.Must be very personable and energetic.Good communication skills.Attraction background preferred.Good time management skills.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Available weekends & holidays as needed.
