TriMark USA is one of the country's largest providers of design services, equipment and supplies to the food service industry. As one of TriMark's many operating companies, TriMark United East, located in South Attleboro, MA is the largest distributor of equipment and supplies to restaurants and institutions in New England.

We are seeking a sales data analyst to join our team. This role maintains sales data integrity in the TriMark United East order entry/ERP system, reviews the consistency and reliability of business chains, price lists, customers and businesses. Supports the sales function in the ongoing implementation of ERP system.

Primary Duties: Work collaboratively with purchasing, sales and finance to collect, track and ensure accurate pricing and sales data Develop and maintain all price lists Update all manually entered sell prices weekly and monthly Add/Delete items on price lists as needed Maintain validity dates on all price lists Assign priority level on appropriate sales table Coordinate update schedule with IT for nightly jobs Distribute approximately 160 updated price lists to sales team Margins Analysis Working with the SVP’s and Sales Managers on price lists and individual pricing to establish and monitor margin by business, by chain, by account, by sales rep. Analyze daily price exception report to identify error. Address errors as needed with appropriate staff Supply America Data File Management & Export Maintain TriMark item and customer cross reference data file for Supply America customers Review item/customer exceptions reports daily Assign appropriate item and customer cross reference numbers Transmit daily order file to Supply America electronically

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of sales analysis, business practices including products, pricing and customers. Strong knowledge of distribution sales Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Moderate/Advanced Excel skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic work environment while managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and in a team Self sufficient and highly detail oriented Demonstrated application of logic for problem solving and ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
