The Challenge
Are you ambitious? A winner? Eager to dive deep into the core business of sales in a startup? Do you absolutely kill it at lead generation and prospecting? We are currently looking for founding members of our Sales Development Team. From day one, you’ll be building a strategy for sales development, lead generation and a robust prospecting blueprint. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development to both develop and execute a sales dev model. We offer competitive base salary and an uncapped compensation structure.

We are looking for:
Individuals who want to master technology business acumen, sharpen their sales nurturing skills, grow as managers, and ultimately own the entire sales creation and lead nurturing operation. Metrics and quota-driven individuals able to maintain engagement with leads and consistently fill the pipeline and bring in new business.. Team players who possess tenacity and the confidence to shoot a 3 when the buzzer is in its final seconds. You must be self-motivated, passionate about startups, and calm under pressure.

The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of sales development or lead generation role. Experience in SaaS or B2B tech companies in the Bay Area, experience selling to HR preferred.
Track record of bringing in quality leads
An aspiring Team leader but an equally strong team player
Ability to empathize with clients and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence to navigate multiple tasks and shifting priorities in entrepreneurial environment
Passionate, charismatic, and articulate.
