As the one of the largest business support solutions (BSS) providers, CSG International provides solutions to a global client base. Our Director, New Business Solutions drives new business revenue through the technical solution selling of licenses and Software-as-a-Service (Saas) based provides and solutions that help clients compete more effectively, improve business operations and deliver a more impactful customer experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for the entire sales process including; establishing new prospective customers, understanding the customers’ unique business challenge(s) and opportunities, creating a vision and/or solution as well as presenting proposals, contracts and SOW(s) with a unique and compelling business proposition.

Sell to direct enterprise accounts as well as building and maintaining new strategic partnerships and resellers in order to expand CSG’s reach in the global marketplace.

Partner with mid-level management through C-level executives to identify pain points, cost efficiency opportunities, new revenue stream opportunities, unique competitive advantages, new product avenues and map those visions back to a customized CSG technical solution.


Bachelor’s Degree with the equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5 years progressive technical and solution sales experience.

Successful track record of technical solution selling to large and mid-enterprises.

Experience in developing and working in Strategic Alliances, Reseller and System Integrator relationships to drive new business and quota attainment.

Demonstrated knowledge of the Telecommunications or Networking industry and related OSS/BSS products and or experience selling technical solutions to the Federal Government

Experience with contractual negotiations from a basic to complex nature.

Must be available for short term travel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer facing and organizational skills, strong leadership skills

Active or recent Federal Government Security Clearances a plus – the job requirements will require a US Federal Clearance process
