Dachis Group is seeking results driven, highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in software sales, with a focus on SaaS applications, social media, and professional services. The Sales Director will develop a territory plan to drive revenue, market adoption and penetration, within their assigned area (region, vertical, assigned accounts). We are looking for this person to be based in our Austin office.
Successful candidates will have consultative selling skills with experience managing the entire sales process from lead generation through closing. Experience selling at the CXO level; ideally to Chief Marketing Officers strongly preferred.

Manage the life-cycle of the sales process; from prospecting through closing
Territory plan development to successfully drive revenue and market adoption
Identification and qualification of sales leads in order to drive new business
Ability to develop strong relationships with CXO level executives and key influencers involved in the buying decision
Consistently exceed quota
Coordinate sales process with internal and external stakeholders
Manage SOW and RFP process with clients, sales operations and technical sales support and other specialists
Become an expert in Dachis Group’s product offerings and services
Coordinate new business opportunities with Service delivery team
Manage sales pipeline and reporting in salesforce.com
Provide accurate sales forecasting and other reports as required by management
3+ years experience in a direct field sales or business development role selling software solutions to enterprise accounts
Social media experience required
Experience selling marketing SaaS solutions
Consultative sales approach and experience with various sales methodologies and processes
Proven sales experience at the CXO level, ideally to Chief Marketing Officers
Ability to communicate technical information in layman terms to non-technical audiences and people at all levels
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Previous experience generating leads and identifying and qualifying new business
Solid experience developing SOW’s and RFP’s.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities
Ability to work independently
Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
