A fast growing Pre-IPO Online Company is looking for a veteran Sales Director with the creativity and marketing skills necessary to take this company to the next level. This is a great opportunity for a risk taker, deal maker salesperson who has the ambition of an entrepreneur. The Sales Director is expected to drive new, incremental direct sales revenue and secure new, incremental business for the company's digital FSI network. The successful candidate will have excellent business judgment and sharp analytical skills. This position will focus on building out the Restaurant Category.

: Drive entire sales cycle including securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers, needs analysis, program and presentation development, sale and renewal, with both established and prospective accounts
: Secure new clients for core promotional and coupon solutions, and expand into online advertising, mobile, and much more
: Grow business within assigned client list, and expand into new Industry verticals
: Develop, manage and coordinate online promotional and advertising strategies for concurrent multiple clients
: Accurately forecast, track and report revenue
: Exceed quarterly revenue targets by selling at prevailing rates

: Minimum 10 years successful outside Sales experience in Promotions or Advertising, preferably coupon, and/or interactive marketing, focusing on the Retail, Casual Dining verticals
: Winning track record of Major Account selling to Senior-Level decision-makers
: Established contacts/relationships with advertising and promotion decision makers in the Retail and Casual Dining industries
: Experience in selling online digital media
: Ability to develop senior-level, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying products/services and cross-sell opportunities that best meet client's needs
: Passionate about selling and creating value for customers, deep understanding of marketing demographics, media buying, and client ROI
: Self-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct and convincing when it's right for the customer
: Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
: Solid computer skills including Power Point and Excel
: Familiarity with both online and offline 3rd party research such as Simmons, Hitwise, and Nielsen
: Home-office based, travel as needed (at least 50 % of time)
: BA/BS degree. Business, Marketing, Advertising or other related field
: Excellent references (recent and relevant) from both former clients and employers
