From our Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer status, to our client relationships with Nike, Ford, Toyota, and others, Moontoast is changing the social advertising landscape across both desktop and mobile.

Moontoast is a fun, collaborative start-up environment, and we need people who can wear a number of hats, all while working hard and playing hard (9-5’ers need not apply). If you are passionate about working with and selling one of the hottest social advertising solutions to top brands and agencies (and love making money) we are hiring across a number of sales roles.

Here’s what we’re looking for in our senior sales role:
  • Leaders. We want you to carry a bag, but this is an opportunity to have a leadership role at a growing company, in a fast moving space.
  • Can wear multiple hats. We need you to sell, but we want your input in product, positioning, marketing, and all the other fun stuff involved in being at a startup.
  • Can work independently. We want you to own a space (agencies, Midwest, etc.) and take over.
  • Willingness to mentor and coach other members of the team.
  • Hunters. Ability to bang open doors and present to senior level marketers at top brands.
  • Quota crushers!
  • Agency talk know-how and connections.
  • People who can put together kick a$$ presentations and creative sales and marketing messages to drive prospect engagement and market awareness.
  • Aggressive sales leaders who desire high upside - there is a lot of momentum within social advertising and this is an opportunity to make a huge impact, and solid money.
  • People who want to learn, create, and have a blast!
Specifically –

We are hiring for a number of roles and levels of experience, but we want smart, aggressive, and analytical people above all else who have -
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years successful sales experience
  • Experience selling into agencies and large brands.
  • Consultative sales experience, specifically experience selling complex strategic solutions
  • Understanding of social media or digital advertising space
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Passion for all things social, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc.
Definite bonus –
  • Media sales experience, understanding of media buying, targeting, analytics, etc.
  • Mobile advertising experience.
  • Social evangelists, people who want to become a name in the social space through thought leadership and innovation
  • Vertical experience a plus (Automotive, CPG, retail, technology, financial services)
- Established relationships with marketing decision makers at large brands
