On an average day, you dont just close big time deals, you are mentoring junior sales people, provide strategic insight to the business, writing an accurate and bold forecast for management, and figuring out creative solutions for your clients social media marketing goals. You are at the epicenter of the business, making things happen on your own, and making everyone else around you better. You are very confident, yet trustworthy and humble. You are fun to be around and clients and prospects truly value the genuine relationship you continue to build on. You are passionate about social marketing, have the ultimate pulse on the problems marketers are facing out there - and you goal is to solve them quickly and collaboratively.

Offerpop is looking for a motivated and accomplished Sales Director to lead a group of growing, high performing and fun up and coming sales stars. We are looking for an experienced leader, who is also a top performer - and is pumped up to continue to sell and manage simultaneously.

Lead the team. Take on the challenge of coaching our account executives and helping them grow on a daily basis. Manage a book. You are all about being hands on. Youre excited to be on the front lines with your team managing a small book of business. You understand how to manage your own pipeline, while always being there for your team. Be Goal Oriented. You will be setting goals and love absolutely CRUSHING them both personally and for the team. Collaborate with Management. You are the eyes and ears for a busy management team. You have a knack for accurate forecasting and value effective and transparent communication going up. Data Focused. You enjoy digging deep into sales data to identify trends and metrics that will help you and your team perform at the highest level. Consultative Selling Style. The best salespeople are the ones who can build strong relationships and solve problems for their clients. You know how to understand a clients objectives and make recommendations to help them achieve their goals. Culture is key. You enjoy digging deep into sales data to identify trends and metrics that will help you and your team perform at the highest level. Get Scrutinized. You understand that some process has its place, even in a startup environment - and are constantly analyzing how things are done ensuring that we are always getting better. Understand the Market. You are education oriented, always focused on learning. You understand current and future client needs and will collaborate internally to make sure we are continuously innovating to stay ahead of the curve in solving their problems.


Bachelors degree required. 4-6 years of successful sales. 1-2 years of successful of proven sales leadership experience. Proven track record of closing business and managing teams to consistently outperform targets. History of consultative selling, preferably to digital marketers. Clear understanding of the social media marketing space and integrated marketing & advertising industry. Organized, Self-motivated, proactive, creative and able to thrive in an ever changing, explosive growth environment. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and public speaking skills. A thirst for knowledge and a passion for building startup businesses.
