As a Sales Director, your primary responsibility will be to sell our management solutions to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and Hospitals within your geographic area. Your job duties will include prospecting for new business and client retention. You will be required to achieve your goals by consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will also be responsible for the following:

 Direct marketing and cold calls
 Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
 Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
 Strong creative talent and problem-solving skills
 Ability to foster collaboration between sales and operating teams
 Troubleshoot problem accounts and assist with employee issues within accounts
 Two (2) – Four (4) years’ experience in sales and marketing specific to post-acute care arena SNF, LTACH & Assisted Living
 Significant strategic business development capabilities with a proven record of building relationships with ownership, administrators, hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities
