The Sales Enablement Coordinator role will be responsible for working with the sales team, sales operations team, marketing managers, documentation specialists, and product managers in the development and delivery of courseware for instructor-led, web-based, and online training for the Interactive sales and channel teams.
Create and develop, and/or update sales oriented courses and materials designed to help the teams understand our processes, position Interactive Intelligence products, and utilize sales tools effectively.
Develop and update existing paper-based training materials for both Interactive Sales Teams as well as partner oriented training materials.
Serve as lead training coordinator for team based class development, scheduling, and delivery.
Use creative talents to design and develop high-quality, interactive, online courseware, CBTs, and webinars
Plan and develop new online programs and curriculum and adjust existing online courses and curriculum in a continuing education environment
Facilitate and coordinate instructor-led classroom training and coordination on an as-needed basis
Maintain courseware standards for all Interactive courseware.
Serve as primary coordinator for class material generation across a wide array of subject matter.
Participate in projects to help market education, both internally and externally.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, or similar field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years’ experience in courseware development and delivery.
Experience leading, facilitating, and managing group learning environments
Ability to write clear, engaging, and compelling work for an online environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Windows systems
Knowledge and experience with contact center environments preferred
Programming background or familiarity with programming concepts given additional consideration
Telephony experience given additional consideration
Ability to work individually and in a team environment is a must
Willingness to address complex problems with minimal direction
Ability to work independently and be resourceful
Written and verbal communication skills
Communicates regularly with colleagues and management
Uses computer frequently and for extended periods of time
Travel (10%) to customer and business meeting sites, including international locations
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
