Fiksu is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to work with our Team. We are looking for someone who can work well in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Provides technical expertise for pre- and post-sales support
Act as technical liaison between clients and business units within Fiksu to give feedback of what the market is asking for.
Develops and delivers product demonstrations based upon customer needs or competitive demands.
Partner with the sales team to help close business
Ensures SDK/S2S integrations are done correctly and in a timely manner.
Ability to support product launches when necessary, especially for burst campaigns
Responsible for continually improving the technical proficiency of the sales team through training, technical updates and white papers
SQL knowledge helpful with a willingness to learn SQL if not a current skill
Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues during integrations
Candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science
3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment
Experience in the mobile industry utilizing mobile marketing tools and technologies in order to offer technical expertise during sales process.
Some travel is required - Client visits, trade shows, conferences, etc.
