Description: Responsible for technically assisting sales in the representation and demonstration of Systemware’s Enterprise Content Management software within North America. Responsibilities include:
§ Configuration of software demonstration system to meet the needs of prospect or customer
§ Technical qualification of the prospect or customers’ environment
§ Deliver targeted solution demonstrations to business and technical audiences
§ Develop and deliver POC's to prospects and customers
§ Propose, develop, and validate software and services solutions to meet customer needs
§ Developing an in depth knowledge of Systemware software and solutions
§ Documenting implementation approach and configuration
§ The ability to understand and document content centric business processes
Experience: Candidates should have 3 years of pre-sales experience. Experience with Content Management Software is a plus. Candidate should demonstrate personal responsibility, professionalism, and ability to self-direct activities while supporting a team of Sales professionals.
§ Understanding of AIX, Solaris, Linux, Windows, and Mainframe Operating Systems
§ Understanding of DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle RDBMS
§ Understanding of WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat Application Servers
