Marketing Support Engineer
to join our Electronic Imaging Division for the
. Ideal candidate is based in
Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL
areas. However, candidates can be located in
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee
will be responsible for a combination of activities related to providing technical support to marketing, sales and engineering staff, customer's technical staff and 3rd party suppliers during pre and/or post-sales period. Develop and conduct customer-based technical training programs, work on technical problems, resolutions, support internal engineering projects, and support sales projects and other technical activities critical to closing new sales. Identify, analyze and resolve deficiencies. Develop proactive solutions of technical scope and recommend corrective actions and document. Present technical briefings and training workshops for customers and potential customers, and internal marketing and sales management. Participate in strategic planning meetings with executive, sales, marketing, and engineering management. Perform other related duties as assigned.

- BSEE or BS/BA in related field, and MCP, CNA or equivalent. MSE preferred
- Current MCSE or MCITP certification required, CDIA a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales support of imaging technology, MFP's, printers, faxes, scanners, networking solutions, and managed print services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess outstanding PC, networking, sales and technical support skills
- Ability to drive to various locations
- 50% travel required
