We are seeking exceptional Sales Engineers to help drive the sales of our current and future software products. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this person will be responsible primarily for pre-sale efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor with excellent customer interfacing skills. Must be able to work independently when engaging with customers and possess ability to work through any technical or process related obstacles that arise.

Work with Sales Executives to demonstrate product capabilities to prospects and evaluators; capturing prospects' technical requirements for UrbanCode software
Leverage current product capabilities to meet customer requirements
Manage all technical aspects of product evaluation
Deliver proof-of-concepts (PoCs) at qualified accounts
Drive to meet all implementation deadlines and ensure the success of UrbanCode deployments
Deliver product training
Deliver consulting and implementation/process implementation services
Work closely with Technical Support and Engineering to resolve product issues for evaluators and customers
Participate in or host Web-based seminars and training sessions
Assist Engineering in product evolution acting as a customer advocate
Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team
Desired Skills & Experience
Clear, confident oral and written presentation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; comfortable with short deadlines
Experience in giving on-line and in-person technical product demonstrations
Working knowledge of DevOps and Software Delivery
Ability to keep abreast of changes in the market (tools and technologies)
Software development and/or configuration management experience required
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a software company in a technical capacity
Minimum of 2 years professional experience using enterprise Java technologies
Professional experience in a customer-facing role
Demonstrated interest in technology, specifically software
Multiple locations/positions available: Cleveland, New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Mid-West and other major cities will be considered
Extensive travel required
