AT&T Sales Executive 2 Enterprise is responsible for the sale and the sales support of AT&Ts Portfolio to our Premier Fortune 1000 customers. Working directly with the client, the AT&T Sales Executive is successful in maintaining, developing and growing business within the AT&T Premier client account; continuously building and maintaining strong customer relationships; ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered and executes the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive anticipates the customer needs, knows market trends and provides value added business solutions.

Roles and responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Executive 2 Enterprise include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies and priorities in order to deliver value-added business solutions

  • Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can benefit customers needs

  • Identifies key business drivers and key trends

  • Maintains complete knowledge of the organization's products, services and policies

  • Anticipates the customer's needs and provides solutions, effectively influences customer and diffuses potential problems

  • Develops RFPs

  • Assists management in devising direct sales plans and strategies

  • Develops new accounts and grows existing accounts; account sizes are large fortune accounts

  • Successful account management, maintenance and development

  • Provides Face-to-face client/customer sales and sales support

  • Maintains customer satisfaction focus in all activities including post sales support spanning project implementation, order tracking and escalations

  • Executes orders including data gathering, form preparation, reviews and approvals

  • Ensures accurate tracking and maintenance of inventories, booking of business for all services

  • Ownership of account relationship and is responsible for meeting revenue objectives

  • Pricing/Manage financial forecasting for said accounts.

  • Demonstrates and sustains a record of sales achievements

  • Builds and manages sales funnel, analyze and manage pipeline activity, monitor sales activity

  • Act as customer advocate.

  • May act as team lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers

  • Establishes and maintains influential relationships at all levels

  • Takes initiative and accountability for producing desired results

  • Builds and maintains a network of colleagues and customers.

  • Effectively partner with internal/external clients and organizations as needed

  • May support the sales team through coaching or mentoring and/or Assist less experienced peers

Required skills and experience:
  • 5 or more years of relevant sales experience

  • 3 ore more years experience selling wireline voice and data and mobility application and solutions

  • 3 or more years selling into large fortune 1000/500 accounts

  • Experience selling Mobility and Telecom (VOIP, Data & IP, IT Solutions & Hosting, Managed Services, Voice, Network Security, etc.

  • Strong Customer Support skills

  • Three or more years of Consultative sales experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and escalations

  • Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Understanding of AT&T processes across entire product portfolio

  • Experience taking ownership/accountability that produced desired results

  • Understanding of AT&T processes across entire product portfolio

  • Must pass required sales and data assessments

  • Valid drivers license

Desired skills and experience:
  • 7 or more years of relevant work experience in Telecommunication Industry

  • Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS is preferred

  • MBA
