Explore is entering a new market, the employer fleet segment, to leverage its industry leadership in driver violation monitoring, As part of that initiative, Explore is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to further expand new product growth and increase market share. This exciting role requires a self-starter who can identify customer needs by fostering and maintaining meaningful sales relationships. This position is located at Explore headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota.
Demonstrated ability to sell to – and develop partnerships with – senior client executives
Ability to identify customer needs and articulate our value proposition
Execute entire sales lifecycle
Proficiency with developing and delivering sales presentations
Self-motivated, passionate, and team-oriented
Ability to travel up to 40% required
Education and Experience:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree
5+ years of successful sales experience
Demonstrated success in business to business sales
Background working with business risk managers, information solutions, or technology preferred
